Every part of player care, under one roof

Performance

Nutrition, strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and performance analysis, run as one service across the network and open to clubs at every level as a direct partnership.

Performance is EFC's sports science and player-care division. Nutrition, strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, and performance analysis all sit under one roof, so players aren't left coordinating separate providers on separate schedules.

The four disciplines talk to each other because they're run by the same team. A nutrition plan reflects a player's current training load. A decision on returning to play draws on both the physiotherapist's read and the performance data behind it.

It's the kind of care usually reserved for professional academies, and it runs consistently across every level of the network, from grassroots through to the elite pathway programmes.

Access isn't tied to one part of EFC either. Players on the 16–19 Programme use Performance daily. Players out on The Pro Experience, or working toward US Soccer Scholarships, lean on it at key points in their development.

Performance is also open to clubs directly. A club at any level, grassroots through to academy football, can partner with EFC to use our nutrition, strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and data analysis staff for their own players, instead of trying to build that department from scratch. For a lot of clubs, that partnership is the difference between hoping a player finds an edge and actually giving them one.

How it works

  1. 01

A club at any level, or a player already inside one of EFC's own programmes, connects with Performance — either as a direct club partnership, or as part of the 16–19 Programme, The Pro Experience, or US Soccer Scholarships.

  2. 02

For a club partnership, we agree which staff and disciplines the club needs, and how our people work alongside the club's existing coaches rather than replacing them.

  3. 03

An initial physiotherapy screening and baseline data capture set a starting point: current physical condition, movement patterns, and performance metrics to measure everything else against.

  4. 04

Nutrition, strength & conditioning, and training load get planned around that baseline, with all four disciplines coordinating rather than working in isolation.

  5. 05

Performance data and physiotherapy findings are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the plan moves as a player's training load, growth, or match schedule changes.

How to enquire

Enquiries about Performance go straight to the EFC team by email — there's no form, no portal, and no queue.

  1. 1

Email Info@elitefootballcollective.com with the subject line “Enquiry: Performance” — that routes your enquiry straight to Performance, the same way the button below does.

  2. 2

Tell us who the enquiry is for (player, parent, club, or partner) and what you're hoping to get from Performance. More context means a more useful first reply.

  3. 3

A member of the EFC team replies directly by email, not an autoresponder, usually addressing your specific question rather than sending generic information.
