Fuelling performance and recovery
Nutrition
Individual nutrition planning built around a player's training and match schedule.
A young, training athlete needs different fuel to the general population, and that need shifts week to week with training load, match schedule, and growth. We start with the player in front of us, not a standard meal plan.
Before writing anything, we look at a player's current habits, the demands of their week, and what's realistic for their household. A plan that ignores family life rarely lasts a fortnight.
From there we give practical guidance that fits around school, training, and home life, along with the reasoning behind it, so players can make good decisions on their own. Plans get reviewed regularly as training load, growth, and goals shift.

How to enquire
Enquiries about Nutrition go straight to the EFC team by email — there's no form, no portal, and no queue.
- 1
Email Info@elitefootballcollective.com with the subject line “Enquiry: Performance — Nutrition” — that routes your enquiry straight to Nutrition, the same way the button below does.
- 2
Tell us who the enquiry is for (player, parent, club, or partner) and what you're hoping to get from Nutrition. More context means a more useful first reply.
- 3
A member of the EFC team replies directly by email, not an autoresponder, usually addressing your specific question rather than sending generic information.
