Prevention, treatment, and a safe way back

Physiotherapy

Injury prevention, hands-on treatment, and structured rehabilitation back to full training.

Injuries happen in football. What decides whether a player comes back stronger or keeps breaking down is how they're managed. Our physiotherapy work covers prevention, assessment and treatment, and rehabilitation.

Screening is built into the calendar rather than saved for an annual check-up, so issues get picked up as they develop. A tight hip, an asymmetry in landing, a pain a player's been quietly training through — that's exactly what regular screening is meant to catch.

When an injury does happen, players get hands-on assessment and treatment, and a return to training based on clear criteria rather than a date on a calendar. Rehab is supervised and adjusted week to week, run alongside S&C so conditioning carries on safely through recovery.

How to enquire

Enquiries about Physiotherapy go straight to the EFC team by email — there's no form, no portal, and no queue.

  1. 1

Email Info@elitefootballcollective.com with the subject line “Enquiry: Performance — Physiotherapy” — that routes your enquiry straight to Physiotherapy, the same way the button below does.

  2. 2

Tell us who the enquiry is for (player, parent, club, or partner) and what you're hoping to get from Physiotherapy. More context means a more useful first reply.

  3. 3

A member of the EFC team replies directly by email, not an autoresponder, usually addressing your specific question rather than sending generic information.
