A highlights video has limits. US Showcase Events put players in front of the people who make recruiting decisions: US college coaches and recruiters, in person.
These aren't open trials. Players are selected to match the standard of the coaches attending, so the event is a worthwhile use of everyone's time. We manage the invitations, the format, and who's in attendance.
For a 15 or 16 year old early in the process, a showcase is often the first real indication of where they stand. For an 18 or 19 year old closer to a decision, it can be the point where interest turns into an offer.
