Building a recruitment profile that gets noticed
Recruitment Process
Helping players build the recruitment profile US college programmes are actually looking for.
US recruitment runs on different expectations to UK club football. Coaches assess players against a specific profile, often without having seen them play in person. We help build a profile that presents football ability and academic standing in the format US programmes expect.
That includes footage: a highlights package that shows what a coach needs to see, rather than a player's best moments with no context. We advise on what to film, how to edit it, and when it needs to land in the recruitment calendar.
Contact with coaches follows a different set of conventions, and families going through it for the first time can get this wrong without realising. We manage this part directly, so the first impression is the right one.

How to enquire
Enquiries about Recruitment Process go straight to the EFC team by email — there's no form, no portal, and no queue.
- 1
Email Info@elitefootballcollective.com with the subject line “Enquiry: US Soccer Scholarships — Recruitment Process” — that routes your enquiry straight to Recruitment Process, the same way the button below does.
- 2
Tell us who the enquiry is for (player, parent, club, or partner) and what you're hoping to get from Recruitment Process. More context means a more useful first reply.
- 3
A member of the EFC team replies directly by email, not an autoresponder, usually addressing your specific question rather than sending generic information.
