Each acquisition gets assessed individually, based on the club's existing pathway, its standing in its community, and how it fits within the wider network. Growth for its own sake isn't the goal.
Once a club joins the network, bringing its operations, coaching, and player care up to the EFC standard is active work, backed by the same partnership structure that funded the acquisition.
