The day-to-day environment is built to feel like a genuine step up from youth football: structured sessions, clear standards, and a full-time schedule that treats players as developing athletes.
Sessions are coached to the standard the programme is preparing players for, including US Soccer Scholarships and beyond. Players are expected to arrive prepared and take responsibility for their own standards.
Consistency matters at this age, so the routine stays consistent. Where a player needs additional physical support, whether recovering from a knock or adjusting training load, that runs through Performance rather than being handled separately.
