Seven days inside The Pro Experience
Residential Camp
A seven-day residential built around every day of the week — day-one assessment, five core training days, and a day-seven showcase match.
The EFC Residential Camp is a seven-day full immersion in elite football, part of The Pro Experience. Players live on-site for the week, and every one of the seven days has a job to do. Nothing about it is filler.
Day one is assessment, not just arrival. Players settle into the residential environment and meet the coaching and performance staff, then go through an initial physiotherapy screening and baseline data capture. That's the starting point the rest of the week gets measured against.
Days two through six are the core of the camp: five full training days, each built around two sessions. Mornings are technical and tactical, sharpening the detail of the game through repetition. Afternoons shift to match-related work, putting that detail under pressure. Strength and conditioning runs through the week rather than being bolted on, building the physical base to handle two sessions a day without breaking down. Physiotherapy stays close throughout, managing load and treating anything that comes up so players stay available for every session.
Every session across those five days is tracked through data analysis, so by day six there's a clear, measured picture of how a player has developed across the week, not just an impression of how it went.
Day seven is the showcase match: the week's work put into a live, competitive setting, before departure. Assessment on day one, five days of graft in between, a showcase to close it out. The full week gets used, not just the middle of it.
